The Work.

WORKSHOPS, RETREATS & SPEAKING For teams that are burned out, have lost the thread, and need to find a new way to think, create, and work together.

No one has time for trust falls and team-building t-shirts. I design and facilitate experiences that crack things open and give people the creative tools and the permission to build from what's inside. The creative process should feel uncertain and messy. The clarity and collaborative strategy is what comes next.

THE RUCKUS ROOM (CREATIVE WORKSHOP)

A 2.5-hour creative workshop for teams that need a jolt

For startups, agencies, and orgs that feel stuck, tired, or creatively off-track. In two and a half hours, we shake things loose, surface what your team is actually thinking, and leave with ideas, direction, and next steps you'll actually use.

What We’ll Do:

  • The Fool's Leap: A rapid-fire creative timeline exercise. We map it fast and get moving.

  • The Magician's Toolkit: An interactive audit of your team’s tangible and intangible tools. You have more than you think. We name it, claim it, and build from it.

  • Moodboard Mirror: We create and pull images, archetypes, sigils and symbols to identify the ideas, aesthetic and emotional language your team hasn't had words for yet. (Miro or IRL)

  • Tower Power: Crawling from the wreckage of project deadlines and not enough time? We’ll rage on the page, protect what has potential and leave the rest in the rubble.

  • The Star Landing: How are we feeling? Where are we going and who's steering?

2.5 hours. Virtual or in-person. Up to 12 people. Starting at $1,200.

THE STORY LAB (CREATIVE RETREAT)

For teams that need more than a reset. They need a reckoning.

The conversation your team has been avoiding in Slack? We have it here. It's time for some productive Discord. This is a collaborative retreat built around strategy, visual storytelling, road mapping, and hands-on collage. We use creative exercises, tarot archetypes, and design thinking tools to surface what's been sitting underneath the work and build from it.

How the day unfolds:

NIGHT — Standing in the Rubble of The Tower Assessing what's broken and what's been blocking the work.

  • The Brand Funeral: A eulogy for the stories, strategies, and identities your team has outgrown. We name what's ending — and mean it.

  • It's Eight Past Wands: Rage on the page. Every blocker, every frustration, every "we've always done it this way." Written down, owned, and ripped into ribbons where it belongs.

DAWN — Light on the Horizon A star rises from the ashes.

  • Kindle the Hermit's Lantern: A group exercise excavating wins and wisdom from your team's journey and repurposing them to light the way forward. Your creative constellation starts here.

  • Reimagine the Ordinary: A solo exercise re-imagining everyday objects, followed by a Show and Tell pitch. Surprises guaranteed.

  • Cut and Paste Collage Session: Visual storytelling through creative play. Your team makes something together that didn't exist before they walked in.

DAY — The Fool's Journey A new roadmap with tools and direction.

  • Take the Leap: A creative timeline exploring where your team has been, what they've built, and what the next chapter could look like.

  • The Magician's Toolkit: Surface the skills, instincts, and creative tools your team already has but hasn't fully claimed. You have more than you think.

  • The Star Landing: How are we feeling? Where are we going and who's steering? Everyone leaves with a role, a direction, and next steps.

Based in LA. I pack light and travel well. Cover the travel and I'll be there.

SPEAKING I know what it costs to dilute yourself and try to shrink, so you can fit in a smaller beige box.

I also know what happens when you stop. I stopped, and 580 people showed up to hear what I had to say. That's what I speak about. Creative leadership, ripping up the rule book and paving your own path, and why the strange thread you want to cut is usually the one that connects you to your audience most.

  • The Thread You Keep Losing Why creative teams get stuck in the same place over and over — and what the tarot knows about getting unstuck that strategy decks don't.

  • Too Close to the Work On creative distance, objectivity, and why the best creative leaders know when to put the sword down.

  • Your Weird is a Lighthouse, Not a Liability On building from your most unconventional instincts instead of editing them out — and why the strange thread is always the strongest one.
